ST.CHAVARA KURIAKOSE ‘S 219TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

St.Chavara Kuriakose ‘s 219th birthday celebration was a remarkable event filled with tributes to his legacy. The Chief Guest of the day was Sr. Seena Joseph CMC, Headmistress,St.Joseph’s UP School Koonammavu highlighted the contribution of St. Chavara in Kerala Renaissance. The function was presided over by the Manager and Principal Rev. Fr. Martin Mundadan CMI. Vice Principal Rev. Fr. Mejit Vattoli CMI, Administrator Rev. Fr. Joby Kozhikottu CMI,  Academic Coordinator Ms.Anila Alexander, KG Headmistress Ms.Alphonsa PJ, PTA President Mr.C.V.Birdy felicitated the function. Lighting the candle as a tribute to St.Chavara was a meaningful moment during the celebration. Various activities such as notice board decoration, quiz, and cultural programmes like dance, song and skit depicting St. Chavara ‘s life and contribution to social reform through education were showcased.  The celebration served as a reminder to uphold St. Chavara ‘s ideals for future generations.
